WHAT IT IS
The BIG Airline Game is our Decision Game for airlines. It provides a virtual environment where airlines decision-makers can dynamically test strategies, gain better understanding of market dynamics and potential disruptions, and ultimately improve performance.
The objective of the game is to adjust prices and capacity allocation on a set of routes to test strategies and observe their impact on performance (passengers, market shares, financials).
The BIG Airline Game can enhance capabilities and performance in several areas of airline management, including Revenue Management, Pricing, Network Planning, Fleet Management, and General Strategy.
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE
GAME CUSTOMIZED FOR YOU
Individual players or teams play different competitor airlines. Some airlines can be simulated by the computer.
Players can adjust base fares, surcharges, booking class restrictions and seat allocation for their airline and its routes.
Data & Models
The game model simulates passenger choices (airline, route) based on coupon or consumer data.
Analytics & Reports
Players visualize competitor prices, market shares, RASM/CASM, and their own simplified financials to make moves and see results.
Our games are deployed on (private) cloud for access on all devices (desktops, mobile devices). They can be integrated or linked to existing systems, and require no installation from users.
Our games can be played in group training and executive seminars, with multiple participants playing a game over several hours or days. Our team can provide support for workshop design and facilitation.
