BIG AIRLINE PRICING GAME


The BIG Airline Pricing Game is our Decision Game for airlines. It provides a virtual environment where airlines decision-makers can dynamically test strategies, gain better understanding of market dynamics and potential disruptions, and ultimately improve performance.

The objective of the game is to adjust prices and capacity allocation on a set of routes to test strategies and observe their impact on performance (passengers, market shares, financials).

The BIG Airline Pricing Game can enhance capabilities and performance in several areas of airline management, including revenue management, pricing, network planning, fleet management, and general strategy.

The BIG Airline Pricing Game was originally developed for a European airline conglomerate and conducted as a 1.5-day workshop with 50+ senior executives to test a new pricing strategy and identify potential risks and ways to mitigate.
