BIG CONSUMER RETAIL GAME

The BIG Consumer Retail Game is our Decision Game for consumer retailers. It provides a virtual environment where retail decision-makers can dynamically test pricing strategies, gain better understanding of market dynamics and potential disruptions, and ultimately improve performance.

The objective of the game is to adjust prices for key categories to test strategies and observe their impact on performance (sales and market shares).

The BIG Consumer Retail Game can enhance capabilities and performance in several areas of retail management, including pricing, category management, and general strategy.

The BIG Consumer Retail Game was initially for a global consulting company looking to expand its toolkit for its retail clients.
